Easingo operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Easingo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND ASSEMBLY We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our electric tricycles. However:

• Cosmetic Imperfections: Due to the nature of large vehicle shipping, minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small scratches or paint chips on the frame) may occur during transit and are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Assembly Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the proper assembly and final safety inspection of the vehicle. Easingo is not liable for damages or injuries caused by improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

• Specifications: Product descriptions and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND RETURNS All orders are subject to acceptance by Easingo. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy, which includes specific provisions for mileage limits (e.g., maximum 2 miles) and restocking fees (e.g., 15-20%) for non-defective returns. You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices posted do not include taxes, shipping, or customs charges unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND SPECIAL FREIGHT DELIVERY

• Delivery Estimates: All delivery times are estimates only.

• Inspection Requirement: For large vehicle (LTL/Freight) deliveries, you MUST inspect the outer packaging and the vehicle upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for the delivery. Failure to report transit damage on the BOL may result in the denial of shipping damage claims.

• Risk of Loss: Once the product is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, including the Easingo brand name, logos, and product designs, is the property of Easingo or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any material on the Services is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools (such as order trackers). We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of any third-party websites or resources.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Easingo is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Easingo, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY POLICY Personal information submitted through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing or descriptions, even after an order has been submitted.

SECTION 11 - PROHIBITED USES AND MODIFICATIONS In addition to standard prohibited uses, you agree not to:

• Modify or bypass the vehicle’s speed limiters or controllers.

• Use the vehicle in a manner that violates local traffic laws or regulations.

• Use the vehicle for commercial delivery or heavy-duty hauling beyond the stated capacity.

SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS'. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, EASINGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE VEHICLE.

• Battery Safety Disclaimer: Easingo is not liable for any damage or injury arising from the misuse of lithium-ion batteries, including use of non-original chargers, improper storage, or charging in unsafe conditions.

SECTION 13 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold Easingo and Shopify harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SECTION 14 - SEVERABILITY AND TERMINATION If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. We may terminate this agreement at any time if you violate these Terms.

SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong
