Completezza: All accessories, chargers, keys, and manuals must be included.

Come avviare un reso (Self-Service) We’ve automated our return process for your convenience. You do not need to email us to start a request. Simply follow these steps:
Click the \"Account\" icon on our website menu (or visit our login page).
Log in using the email address you used for your purchase.
Select the order and the items you wish to return, then click \"Richiedi Reso\".
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 1-2 business days. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to handle the battery and vehicle for transport.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the portal will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your Easingo tricycle immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong model, contact us at easingobike@gmail.com with photos/videos so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a repair or replacement.
Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs
Non-Defective Returns: For "change of mind" returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a [15%-20%] restocking fee to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging.
Defective Items: We will cover all shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:
Customized or personalized products (special orders).
Gift cards or sale items.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper assembly.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned vehicle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
