• Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

We currently ship to the following regions:

•  Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union.

3. Delivery Times

We work with professional freight partners to ensure your electric tricycle arrives safely.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–10 business days for all destinations after the order has been processed.

4. Shipping Costs & Duties

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping ($0) on all orders.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: You are not responsible for any import duties or taxes. All related fees are already included in the product price and covered by Easingo.

5. Important: Inspection & Damage Reporting

To protect your rights, please follow these steps during delivery:

• Inspect Before Signing: You MUST check the crate and the vehicle for any visible damage before the driver leaves.

• Take Photos: Capture clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

• Concealed Damage: Any damage found after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days.
